RETURNS POLICY


We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchases from Santina Jewellery so if you are not happy for some reason with your purchase you can return it to us and we will provide you with a store credit to use towards a future order! 


What can be returned?


All items except earrings, sale, and personalised pieces can be returned for a store credit that can be used anytime online. Our store credits do not expire. 


We do not provide refunds.


Return and exchange policy


To be eligible for a return, all items must be unworn and in original packaging with all tags attached; items will not be credited if damaged upon return.

In compliance with Australia Consumer Law, Santina Jewellery is not required to provide a refund or exchange if you make an incorrect selection, need a different size or change your mind. This includes payments made with AfterPay. If there is a fault with the item you have purchased we will offer to repair or replace where available otherwise a store credit will be offered.

How do I apply for a credit note?


STEP 1:
First of all please email us at sales@santina.com.au to let us know of the return. We will then give you the ok to send back the jewellery accordingly.

STEP 2:
Sending your return - We don’t cover return postage fees. We recommend getting tracked postage so you can trace your return as Santina Jewellery does not take responsibility for lost parcels. Alternatively, you can use the $8.95 postage option supplied by AusPost within the returns process. 

STEP 3:
We will be in touch - once your return has been received, we will be in touch as soon as possible via email with your store credit details. Please allow 1-2 business days for your return to be processed once delivered to our studio.
